The accessibility of Hi Scribe has been verified through a comprehensive, rigorous internal auditing process.
Assessment Approach: The platform's compliance was determined by eConsult’s Engineering team using a detailed, manual testing approach. This involved testing all features and key user journeys against every WCAG 2.2 Level A and AA success criterion, including:
Keyboard-Only Testing: Thoroughly testing all interactive elements to ensure full operability without a mouse.
Code Inspection: Reviewing semantic HTML, ARIA attributes, and focus management to verify technical compliance.
Automated and Semi-Automated Tools: Utilization of checkers such as SiteImprove to quickly identify programmatic issues.
Commitment to Ongoing Accessibility: We integrate accessibility checks into our Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipeline. When any change is made to the platform, we run an accessibility checker to ensure no new issues are introduced before the change is released.
