Are all your practice staff familiar with eConsult in terms of how the platform works?

  • Have they completed an eConsult?

  • Do they understand all of its functionalities?

  • What about new staff?

eConsult offers free training to support you and your practice teams.

As part of mobilising process for your practice before you go live, all practice staff (admin and clinical staff) are required to complete some simple online training.

This training can be utilised for new staff or simply as a refresher.

eConsult Demo site

The best way to learn (and be able to guide your patients) is to test the site out yourself. You can either do this by using your practice dummy patients (usually Mickey and Minnie Mouse!) on your own eConsult platform or by using our demo site.

Further support for practices is available via our website which has significant training content including videos, links to Masterclass Webinars and much more. The password to access the training area is econsultlogin.
