How to send us feedback directly from the Smart Inbox

There is a small pink 'Feedback' tab on the far right-hand side of the screen where you can leave feedback about the Smart Inbox.

You can use the screen selection button to select an element if your feedback relates to a specific section of the Smart Inbox. For example, below a previous comment has been selected, as the feedback relates to being able to amend comments.


How to get in touch with us if you have any questions or problems

You can also leave feedback or ask any questions about the Smart Inbox by using our live chat widget on the left-hand side of the Inbox.

You can:

  • Chat to our support team to leave feedback or ask questions

  • Search our help centre and read articles in the same browser to find out more about features

  • See the status of eConsult platforms in case of any issues
