Messaging
There's no need to use multiple providers, easily respond to eConsults by email or SMS within the Smart Inbox, for free!
Messages will be linked to the eConsult in an easy to follow chain, keeping everything in one place.
Our template manager allows you to set up shared templates for everyone in the practice to use, saving time and ensuring consistency for patients.
You can also send two way messages, to ask for further information or request photos.
Customisable workflows
Make eConsult work for you.
You're able to customise your Teams list in signpost to show your MDT staff, and soon you'll be able to customise urgency as well.
Create your own tags according to your workflow, many practices use tags to assign eConsults to individuals but you can use them in any way you like!
If you work as a PCN/Federation, you can set up an eHub to manage eConsults across practices centrally.
Logging in
Your credentials to log in to the Smart Inbox will be the same as your log in for the Settings Portal. If you don't have a log in for the Settings Portal, contact us and we will get you set up.
Adding users
Through the new User Management page in the Settings Portal, admins can add and delete users themselves:
